• Trade Data: Any trade records, notes, or evaluation data you enter into the dashboard. This data is stored securely under your account.
• Device Information: Browser version, operating system, screen resolution, and referring URL.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the PropEdge dashboard and features.
• To authenticate your account and keep it secure.
• To send transactional emails (e.g., password reset, billing confirmations).
• To analyze usage trends and improve user experience.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Firebase (Google Cloud). Authentication is handled via Firebase Authentication with industry-standard encryption. We use HTTPS/TLS for all data in transit. While we take reasonable precautions, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use localStorage to store session preferences (such as onboarding state). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Analytics data may be collected via anonymized server logs.

We use the following third-party services:

• Chart.js: Open-source charting library (no data transmitted)
